Lower School

Children begin their education at Christ Classical by progressing through the Grammar Stage. This stage emphasizes a child's natural development by aiding them in the exploration and discovery of their environment. Throughout the stage, they take on information to form building blocks that will serve as a launchpad for learning throughout their academic careers.
We use this innate inquisitiveness to our advantage as we employ a variety of approaches to encourage their vibrant curiosity and enthusiasm.
In this stage, our core curriculum is accompanied by a range of supplementary courses, such as art, music, library, physical education, and Latin. These disciplines engage students in skills and practices that serve to complement learning in their primary coursework and solidify concepts and ideas crucial to their development and advancement to the next stage.
